Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.10.2018 and to direct the respondents No.1 to 4 to provide police protection till fencing to the property situated at South Chennai District, Neelankarai Sub Registrar, Kancheepuram District, Shollinganalur, Chennai Metropolitan extension Injambakkam Village, Madura vettuvankani, Pandian Nagar, Survey No.165/17B, 165/18B including extension of 5 1/2 (2400 sq.ft) vacant land. North: Pandian Nagar Main Road, South: vacant land, East: Pandian Nagar 1st Street, West: vacant land.

O R D E R

The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4, who are the police authorities, to give him a police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

protection to put up fencing around his property.

2. It is stated that on 12.10.2018 the petitioner had given a complaint to the Inspector, J-8 Police Station, Neelankarai stating that every time they make an attempt to get into their property, some miscreants were threatening them. However, there is no acknowledgement for having given such complaint.

3. The Sub Inspector, J-8 Police Station is present in this Court. The petitioner is directed to give a complaint through on-line in this regard and if such complaint is received by the respondents, the respondents are directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
