PRAYER:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruppur to expeditiously dispose off the original suit in O.S.No.193 of 2018 within time frame.

O R D E R

The limited prayer sought for in the present petition is for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the original suit in O.S.No.193 of 2018 expeditiously within a time frame.

2. It is seen that the first respondent/plaintiff had filed a suit for declaration, mandatory injunction and permanent injunction and the defendants have also filed written statement. It is the allegation of the petitioners/defendants that the first respondent/plaintiff has been protracting the suit proceedings.

3. Taking into consideration, the facts of the case and that the written statement has already been filed in the suit, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruppur to dispose of the original suit in O.S.No.193 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible.
