O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for securing the accused person and also for a direction to the respondent police to file a final report as expeditiously as possible in Crime No.830 of 2015.

2. It is seen from the records, that the respondent police have registered an FIR for an offence under Sections 460, 420 of IPC. Initially, bail was granted in favour of accused person and subsequently, the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur in Criminal Revision Petition No.4 of 2016 had passed an order cancelling the bail granted in favour of the accused person. Even thereafter, the accused person has not been secured and there has been no improvement in the investigation conducted by the respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent police is directed to immediately secure the accused person and complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
