ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner is seeking directions to respondents 1 to 4 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 9.5.2017 in relation to removal of encroachment. The said encroachment, according to the petitioner, is on big water pond in Chinnakuyavan Kuttai area, Inam Kariyandhal Village, Thiruvannamalai Taluk and District.
2. The fourth respondent, i.e., the Tahsildar, Thiruvannamalai Taluk Office, Thiruvannamalai Taluk and District, has filed his affidavit, wherein it is stated that they have already dealt with the said representation and as the site is vested with the local village panchayat, the Block Development Officer, Thurinjapuram Block and Town, Thiruvannamalai Taluk and District, has been informed of the above encroachment for taking necessary follow up action.
3. In addition, the learned Government Advocate stated that the Block Development Officer, Thurinjapuram Block and Town, Thiruvannamalai Taluk and District, who has been impleaded as the fifth respondent in the writ petition, will take necessary action in accordance with law.
