The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to call for the records in FIR No.405/2018 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the present petition become infructuous and hence nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In the light of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
