O R D E R

The petitioner is the de-facto complainant in C.C.No.7835 of 2017 that is pending on the file of the learned Special Magistrate for CCB and CBCID cases, Allikulam, Chennai. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the charges have been framed and the case is posted on 03.12.2018 for the examination of L.W.1. This Court find that there are eleven witnesses in the memo of evidence and there are six accused.

Taking into consideration all these aspects, this Court directs the Trial Court to complete the trial in C.C.No.7835 of 2017 within a period of eight (8) months from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of a copy of this order, provided there is no any legal impediment.
