Today, Mr.Sundar, Sub Inspector of Police, attached to V-4, Rajamangalam Police Station is present before this Court. 2.On instructions, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that the petitioner is running a Spa in the name and style "Studio 1 Spa and Saloon". However, he has only obtained licence from the Chennai Corporation for running a Hair Cutting Saloon.

3.In view of the above, the police is directed not to harass the petitioner unless it is found that he is running a Spa illegally, without obtaining necessary permission from the Corporation Authorities. If any illegal activities goes on in the Spa, it is open to the respondent police to take appropriate criminal action against the petitioner.
