ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and conduct the enquiry in accordance with law pursuant to the representation dated 26.10.2018.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the complaint is pending for job rocketing as against one Zahir Hussain. The petitioner is the friend of the said Zahir Hussain. Therefore, the respondent Police is calling the petitioner for enquiry and they are harassing the petitioner. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take appropriate decision in accordance with law as per the guidelines given in Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
