O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the petition and docket order dated 26.10.2018 made in Un-numbered E.A.No. of 2018 in E.P.No.18 of 2014 in O.S.No.936 of 1977 on the file of the First Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore, by allowing the Civil Revision Petition. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that delivery has been made consequent to the order passed by the court below in E.P.No.18 of 2014. Therefore, he submitted that this matter is pending from the year 2018, before this court and nothing survives in this matter. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that E.P. proceedings have been ordered and the delivery has been handed over to the decree holder, this Court is not inclined to hold the matter any more and therefore, no order is required in this matter. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks liberty in case, if the delivery has not been done.

5.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed 2/4

with the liberty as prayed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
