[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu namely, Azharudeen, S/o. Muhamed Sherfuden, has filed this petition seeking a direction to second respondent to cause production of her husband/the detenu.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Taking notice of the statement recorded by the second respondent wherein, the petitioner informs about her husband, the alleged detenu being away on work and of having conversed with him on WhatsApp, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
