Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to register the complaint dated 27.09.2018 filed by the petitioner and to initiate action against the 3rd respondent by conducting an enquiry through its Disciplinary Committee within a specified time frame.

ORDER

When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the complaint dated 27.09.2018 given by the petitioner has been taken into consideration and necessary action has also been taken against the third respondent and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication herein.
