O R D E R

The petitioner is the respondent/complainant in Crl.A.No.10 of 2017 pending on the file of the District Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris. 2.On a reading of the adjudication, it is seen that the matter was referred to the Lok Adhalat and thereafter, it has been sent back to the Court as the parties were not able to arrive at any settlement.

In such view of the matter, this Court directs the District Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris to complete the proceedings in Crl.A.No.10 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
