The petitioner is the complainant in S.T.C.No.103 of 2016 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ootacamund, The Nilgiris for an offence under Sections 138 and 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

2.It is seen that the matter is posted for arguments of the accused. In such view of the matter, this Court directs the Trial Court to complete the trial in S.T.C.No.103 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
