This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the letter sent by the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, in D.No.196/2021 dated 12.03.2021.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in C.R.P(PD).No.3936 of 2018, this Court by an order dated 21.08.2020 directed the trial Court to dispose the appeal in R.C.A.No.14 of 2018, on or before 31.10.2020. However, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, has sent communication dated 12.03.2021 in D.No.196/2021 and sought further time to complete the above said proceeding. 3.
