This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to desist from harassing the petitioner in connection with a complaint given by one B.Aravindan and for consequential orders.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the petitioner has called for an enquiry based on the complaint given by her father Mr. V.Thiagarajan. The enquiry has been completed and the complaint itself has been closed in the month of October 2018.
