Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960, to set aside the Decree and Judgment dated 19.09.2018 passed in RCA.No.138 of 2014 on the file of the VIII Small Causes Court, Chennai, in confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 28.02.2014 passed in RCA.No.1584 of 2012 by the XI Small Causes Court, Chennai.

Though the petitioner has raised various grounds challenging the eviction order passed by the learned Rent Controller and confirmed by the Appellate Authority, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not pressing any of the grounds raised in the revision and that he
is willing to vacate the premises, if a period of three months is granted.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent on instructions, submits that he has no objection, if the petitioner undertakes to vacate the premises, within a period of three months.
3. To this fact, the petitioner herein had filed an affidavit dated 21.01.2019, undertaking to vacate the demised premises within a period of three months i.e., on or before 20.04.2019.
4. Recording the petitioner's statement made in the affidavit dated 21.01.2019, the Civil Revision Petitions stands closed, with the observations that the petitioner shall vacate and handover vacant possession of the demised premises at Flat No.9, Block No.164, IV Avenue, Mangalam Colony, Anna Nagar, Chennai - 600 040, to the respondent herein on or before 20.04.2019.
