CRIME NO.8 OF 2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition as directed by the order in Crl.O.P.No.19470/2018 dated 20.08.2018 which was subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.11817/2018 by order dated 06.09.2018 in Cr.No.8/2018, on the file of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Special Investigation Cell-II, Vigilance and Anti Corruption, Alandur, Chennai.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.NOORUDEEN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19470 of 2018, dated 20.08.2018.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
