This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to not to harass the Petitioner in the name of enquiry.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that five complaints have been received against the petitioner for job racketing and these complaints have been transferred to the Joint Commissioner of Police, South Zone, St.Thomas Mount. Since the issue involves job racketing the petitioner has to necessarily attend the enquiry conducted by the concerned police. The Joint Commissioner of Police, South Zone, St. Thomas Mount, shall take appropriate decision with regard to the further course of action in line with judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Lalita Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013(6) CTC 353.
