ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the F.I.R on the representation made by the petitioner on 31.07.2018 and 23.09.2018 investigate the same in accordance with the procedure established by law.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, wherein liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
