PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to issue a direction on the 2nd Respondent to execute the Bailable Warrant dated 11.01.2018 in C.C.3859/2017 which was issued by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate (FTC-IV) George Town, Chennai against the 3rd Respondent and also to submit the status report of the steps so far taken by the 2nd Respondent in relation to the Bailable warrant dated 11.01.2018 either before this Hon'ble Court or before the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate (FTC-IV) George Town, Chennai.

This petition has been filed to issue a direction to the 2nd Respondent to execute the Bailable Warrant dated 11.01.2018 in C.C.3859/2017 which was issued by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate (FTC-IV) George Town, Chennai against the 3rd Respondent and also to submit the status report of the steps so far taken by the 2nd Respondent in relation to the Bailable warrant dated 11.01.2018 either before this Hon'ble Court or before the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate (FTC-IV) George Town, Chennai.
