Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.694/2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed in Spl.S.C.No.42 of 2017 dated 17.10.2018 dated 17.10.2018 on the file of Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Court) Tiruppur and ENLARGE THE PETITIONER ON BAIL, pending disposal of the above Crl.Appeal No.694 of 2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.694/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of NO APPEARANCE for the petitioner and of MR. R.RAVICHANDRAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- None appeared for the Petitioner.

Since the appeal is riped for trial, this Court is not inclined to grant Suspension of sentence.
