There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.The prayer of the petitioner is for a mandamus to forbear from interfere with the Sit-in-Protest ("Thodar Kathiripu Porattam") for which a representation was given by the petitioner on 14.10.2018 and thereafter on 26.10.2018 for "Thodar Kathiripu Porattam" on 12.11.2018. 3.Considering the fact that the protest itself was to be held on 12.11.2018, this writ petition has therefore become infructuous and is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
