ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue viz., Saranya, daugher of Subramani, aged 24 years, sought production of his wife.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2 as also learned counsel for third respondent.

3. Petitioner is present as also his counsel. The detenue has been produced by the third respondent/her father. On enquiry, she informs of having had relationship with the petitioner but that she has returned to the parental home on her own accord and wishes to continue to remain under the custody of her parents. Though petitioner informed the desire to converse with the detenue, detenue has declined to do so.

4. Recording the above submission and leaving it open to the petitioner to workout his remedy if any, in the manner known to law, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS ix) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar kmi To 1.
