2. The petitioner seeks earlier disposal of the H.M.O.P.No.206 of 2018 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Tiruppur. The petitioner is the husband. The said Original Petition has been filed by him seeking divorce on the ground of cruelty. It is also stated that the Original Petition is at the stage of arguments.

3. Without going into the merits of the rival contentions, I direct the learned Sub-Judge, Tiruppur to dispose of the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.206 of 2018 within a period of six (6) months from the date of resumption of the physical hearings at the courts in Tiruppur.
