This contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to call the respondent herein for having willfully disobeyed the order of this Court passed in W.P.No22193 of 2017 dated 21.08.2017 and punish the respondent.

O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the willful violation and disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.22193 of 2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dated 21.08.2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, a survey was conducted and the petitioner was also present at the time of survey and proceedings dated 24.04.2019 has been issued in this regard.

3. Considering the fact that now the order passed by his Court has been complied with, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
