By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents to transfer patta and other revenue records in his name for the lands measuring to an extent of 26 cents comprised in Survey No.260, situated at Elagiri Anthanavur Village, Thirupatthur Taluk, Jolarpettai Sub District, Vellore Registration district.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 18.04.2018 seeking transfer of patta and other revenue records in his name, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. However, the learned counsel submitted that it would suffice, if the said representation made by the petitioner is directed to be considered by the respondents, on merits.

4. Heard Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader on behalf of respondents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
