PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider and pass orders on petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2018 regarding inclusion of their name as joint pattadars in all the pattas in respect to the properties of their maternal grand father Varadaraji.

O R D E R

The petitioners have come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on petitioners' representation dated 08.10.2018 regarding inclusion of their name as joint pattadars in all the pattas in respect to the properties of their maternal grand father Varadaraji.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners have submitted a representation dated 08.10.2018 requesting to include their names as Joint Pattadars in all the pattas, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. Hence, the petitioners are before this Court.

3. Heard Mr.S.Sathish Rajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.V.Shanmugasundar, learned Special Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 08.10.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 10 as well as any of the interested parties in this regard and also affording them due opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
