ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the mother of the detenu, who is aged about 38 years in the year 2014. He was stated to be missing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from 14.03.2014. The very complaint itself has been given on 13.09.2018 which was registered on 05.11.2018 in Crime No.398 of 2018.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is still going on.

3. Inasmuch as nearly one year has elapsed since the registration of the case, we direct the fourth respondent to complete the investigation within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of.
