25437/2018 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.VIJAYABABU Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and file an application u/s 436 Cr.P.C. for bail. On such application being filed, the petitioner shall be released on bail on the same day on he executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties. The petitioner shall also give an undertaking that he will appear before the Trial Court without waiting for summons in the event of Crl.OP.No.25437 of 2018 being dismissed. Thereafter, the presence of the petitioner before the Trial Court will stand dispensed with until the disposal of Crl.OP.No.25437 of 2018.
