This Writ Petition is filed challenging the "Amendments made in Pre-Bid Meeting" and to quash the modified "Clause 3.1 Experience Clause" in Tender No.1559/P1/2018/MKG.UNIT/2018-2020 dated 15.10.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.According to the petitioner, in the pre-bid meeting, experience criteria was increased to seven years. Challenging the said relaxation, this writ petition has been filed. After the writ petition is filed the technical bid was due to be opened on 15.11.2018.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 produced a letter bearing reference No.7099/P1/2018 dated 14.11.2018 along with the notice dated 14.11.2018 published in the newspaper both English and vernacular language intimating that the technical bid which was scheduled to be opened on 15.11.2018, is not proceeded due to administrative reasons.

4. As the tender which is challenged by the petitioner in this writ petition, itself was cancelled due to the administrative reasons, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

5. Hence, recording the said notice dated 14.11.2018 of the respondent, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
