ORDER

By consent of both parties, this Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 04.09.2017.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 04.09.2017 for issuing patta for the Plot No.312 at Ram Nagar South Extension, No.149, Pallikaranai Village, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Heard Mr.V.Shanmugasundar, learned Special Government Pleader, on behalf of the respondents.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the cases and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the parties interested and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, respondents herein as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.No costs.
