(ii)To grant an interim stay of all further proceedings of the respondent pursuant to the impugned assessment order in TIN. 33351608450/ 2012-13, dated 24.08.2018 (in WMP.NO.33821 OF 2018) pending disposal of the above writ petition No.28936 of 2018 respectively.
