2. This writ petition is filed seeking for mandamus forbearing the respondents or their men, agents from interfering with the peaceful conduct of business i.e., cross massage in the name and style of "INDEEVARAM AYURVEDIC TREATMENT CENTRE" at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.10.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter is directed to be listed on 09.10.2020 for dismissal.

4. Again, today when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

5. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that in the address mentioned in the writ petition, no such Ayurvedic Treatment Centre is functioning.

6. In view of the above fact, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
