This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to vacate their tasmac retail shop situated at Meppur Village, Poonamallee and hand over the same to the petitioner after paying the rental arrears amount of Rs.67,200/- along with the Electricity charges with a fine of Rs.4947/-. To the petitioner which is due from July 2017 to October 2018.
2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 13.03.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 15.03.2023. When the matter was taken for hearing on 15.03.2023, once again there was no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more Page No:2/4
opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 17.03.2023 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for Dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
