The internal Communication by Gmail issued by the State Bank of India RASMECC Cum SARC, Gandhi Nagar, Vellore, forwarded by the second respondent, Assistant General Manager to the learned counsel for the petitioner, has been handed over to the Court. By the said communication, the second respondent has stated as follows: "We have to advise that WE WILL DELIVER THE TITLE DEED WITH US, WITHIN 15 DAYS". Since the second respondent has stated that the title deeds will be delivered within a period of 15 days, this Court is not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

examining the merits of the case. This Court is also not stating the facts as the matter is to be hopefully settled amicably between the parties by return of the title deeds.

2. In view of that specific statement made by the second respondent, nothing survives in the writ petition. With a direction to return the title deeds on or before 18.03.2020, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
