ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The prayer of the petitioner is to direct the first respondent, i.e., The Commissioner, Avadi Municipality, Avadi, to remove the encroachment put up by the second respondent in the 16 Feet Road at Venkateswar Nagar, Mukthaputhupadu Village, Thiruvallur District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel for the first respondent has filed a status report, which is taken on record. The report states that as the encroachment put up by the second respondent was obstructing the pathway, the same was removed with the help of JCB hired by the Municipality on 28.11.2018 at about 11.30 AM and 1 PM.

In this view of the matter, nothing further survives in this petition.

The writ petition is closed.

No costs.
