Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2018 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

By consent of both parties, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider his representation dated 09.07.2018.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 09.07.2018 relating to issuance of separate patta, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents 1 to 4. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Heard Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Government Advocate taking notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the private respondents herein and affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, private respondents herein as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
