Accordingly, O.A Nos.974, 975 and 976 of 2018 are closed, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respective parties to raise all objections when the main O.P.s are taken up for consideration by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has already filed his notes of submission.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to file her notes of submission on or before the next hearing in the main O.P.'s Post the main O.P.s on 30.07.2025.
