Recording the aforesaid fact and the endorsement so made, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the Petitioner to project necessary Application before the Competent Authority, as per the Tamilnadu Patta Pass Book Act, 1983 and Tamilnadu Patta Pass Book Rules, 1987.
