This petition is filed to condone the delay of 48 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 13.08.2018 made in W.P.No.4818 of 2018.

4. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellants and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.
