O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to pass orders on the petition dated 30.01.2010 relying on the report submitted by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.A2/829/2009 dated . 01.2016.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner submitted a petition dated 30.01.2010 to the first respondent to cancel the sub division in respect of the property in Survey Nos.110 and 111, having an extent of 4.14 acres situated at Salamangalam Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. The first respondent sought for clarification from the second respondent by letter dated 25.08.2015 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same was submitted by the second respondent vide proceeding in Na.Ka.A2/829/2009 dated . 01.2016. Since, no action has been taken on the same till date, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.

3. Heard Mr.V.Shanmuga Sundar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to pass orders on the petition of the petitioner dated 30.01.2010, on merits and in accordance with law, and also based on the report submitted by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.A2/829/2009 dated . 01.2016 after issuing notice to the petitioner and also affording due opportunity of hearing to him as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.

No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
