Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th, 5th and 6th respondents to pay the enhanced rental arrears due from 07.01.2010 to 02.07.2015, i.e. the date of vacation of the premises at Rs.27,000/- per month for 66 months (5 1/2 years) in all totaling about Rs.17,82,000/- with applicable interest and the rental amount due for Oct - Nov 2012 of Rs.11,000/- payable to the petitioner's Late mother, Mrs.D.Shanbagam.
