This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 04.09.2018 lodged before the respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.In view of the order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in G.Prabakaran Vs The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur District and another in [Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13681 of 2018 etc., batch], this petition is not maintainable.
4.Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in G.Prabakaran (supra).
