Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioner should report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders in the above Crl.OP.No.19944 of 2018 on 14.09.2018 in the above in Cr.No.200 of 2018 on the file of respondent.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAJAVELU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19944 of 2018, dated 14.09.2018.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
