By consent of both parties, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to issue legal heir certificate of her husband V.Thangavel.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's husband V.Thangavel suddenly died on 04.02.2018 in a bike accident at Chengalpattu, Kanchipuram District, leaving behind the petitioner as the sole legal heir of her husband V.Thangavel. He would further submit that the petitioner made an application to the respondent Tahsildar to issue legal heir certificate of her deceased husband V.Thangavel and also she made an on-line application dated 27.08.2018, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondent. It is submitted that the on-line application may be directed to be considered.

4. Heard Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the application, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice and also affording due an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
