( Criminal Jurisdiction ) Thursday, the Eighth day of November Two Thousand Eighteen PRESENT The Hon`ble Mr Justice V.PARTHIBAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.14752 of 2018 IN CRL RC.1002/2018 M.SIVA, [ PETITIONER ] Vs K.VADIYAPPAN, [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend time for complying condition order or depositng the amount of Rs.4,50,000/- to the credit of STC 968 of 2014 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Krishnagiri in Crl.MP.No.11730 of 2018 in Crl.RC.No.1002 of 2018 order dt.5.9.2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.

NITHYANANDAM, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is facing some financial difficulty in depositing a sum of Rs.4,50,000/-, originally ordered by this Court vide its order dated 05.09.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.11730 of 2018, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court seeking for extension of six more weeks time in depositing the amount as ordered by this Court from 04.11.2018.

2. In view of the difficulty faced by the petitioner in making deposit of the amount ordered by this Court and being satisfied with the bona fide reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, this Court grants four weeks time for depositing the amount of Rs.4,50,000/- and the four weeks would commence from 05.11.2018.

3. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted to the petitioner under any circumstances. Other conditions as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stipulated in the order passed by this Court dated 05.09.2018, shall remain intact as it is.
