ORDER

This application has been filed on the ground that the orders of this Court has been violated. The petitioner in fact filed a Suit for injunction against his wife from proceeding further in a case related to matrimonial dispute https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Michigan Court, U.S.A.

2. It appears that in fact earlier, the petitioner has originally invoked the jurisdiction of Michigan Court, U.S.A., for divorce. Since the matter pertains to matrimonial issue, I am of the view that the respondents cannot be proceeded against in the contempt, since the petitioner himself earlier originally invoking the jurisdiction of Michigan Court, which has been suppressed squarely and obtained interim injunction from this Court. That being the position, there is no violation in complying the order and hence, the contempt application is closed.
