Heard, Mr.G.Thyagarajan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.E.Balamurugan, the learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
2. With consent of the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for disposal. 3.The grievance of the petitioner in this case is that the petitioner had approched the first respondent Office for name transfer in the revenue documents pertaining to the properties standing in the name of the petitioner's husband and also for issuance of legal heirship certificate in her name, as there is no surviving legal heirs to them. In this regard, the petitioner made a representation dated 12.10.2018 to the respondent. Since, the same has not been considered till date, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner has came forward to file the present writ petition before this Court seeking for a direction to the respondent to dispose of her representation dated 12.10.2018.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and after going through the materials placed on record, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation dated 12.10.2018, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.10.2018 and dispose of the same in accordance with law and on merits, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
