When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4 submits that main suit itself has been dismissed for default on 06.03.2023.

2. Recording the said statement, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same, in case the suit is restored to file. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
