This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by them to the respondents herein dated 25.09.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP (MD)No.13681 of 2017 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioners to workout their remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
